Which QR code do I scan?
The one on the front of the card, next to your child's name. The code on the back is for school staff.
My QR code will not scan
Use Enter Photo ID & Key instead. Both are printed on the front of the card.
I have more than one child or more than one card
Each card opens one child's photos. Use each card's own Photo ID and Key. Adding a second child to the same basket will come with the shop Coming soon
I have lost my card
Please contact your school office, or email info@yeklens.com. To keep children safe we never send codes to unknown people: we confirm with the school first.
Can a grandparent or relative order too?
Yes. For now they can type the same Photo ID and Key from the card. Sharing access in a safer way will come later.
I ordered late or want to change an order
